Working with Investors

 

Alot of times, investors want to purchase rental property but don't know what real estate agent to use. Others are interested in foreclosed homes or short sales.I work with several investors who are loyal to me as I am them. I don't treat my investors any different just because it's more work. I treat them the same, therefore creating that long-term business relationship.
